1- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
  Welcome to the Friendsdoor please review the following basic terms that govern your use of our services and purchase of products from our Site. Which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. You agree that your continued use of the Service after such update will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.

Friendsdoor provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads, forums, and various email services, (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
In addition, when using particular Friendsdoor services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Friendsdoor services, which may change from time to time.

Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Friendsdoor in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Friendsdoor.
2-USING Friendsdoor.com
  You agree to not use the Service to:
 
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise make available or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, subversive, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or contrary to public interest, public order or national harmony in all relevant jurisdictions;
  • Harm minors in any way;
  • Use the Site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our Site.
  • Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems.
  • Impersonate, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with, any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Friendsdoor! official, forum leader, guide or host;
  • Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Friendsdoor, or the interests or property of Friendsdoor users.
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifying information in order to disguise and/or with the effect of disguising the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise make available or transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise make available or transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise make available or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as, but not limited to, shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise make available or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or another person's use of the Service or any Channels or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service or applicable to any Channels;
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, regulation, rule or code, including, but not limited to, any regulations, rules, notices, instructions or directives of any regulatory body or authority, governmental agency or national or other securities exchange;
  • "stalk" or otherwise harass another person;
  • Collect or store personal data about any other user; or
  • Commit any fraudulent or unlawful act, whether in relation to any third party provider of products and services on the Service or otherwise.
3-FEES AND SERVICES
  Joining Friendsdoor and listing ads is FREE. However there are additional services “optional” where we do charge fees for using these services, such as Bold Title, Border and many other items. When you list an ad or use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our Fees, which we may change from time to time. Changes to that Policy are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen days' notice by posting the changes on the Site. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free listing days) or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Site.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
4-CONTENT
  You understand and acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not us, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. We cannot and do not control or monitor the Content posted via the Service and, as such, cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand and acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we or our licensors, suppliers, vendors, parent, holding, subsidiary or related companies, affiliates, officers, agents or employees, as the case may be, be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any exposure to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
5-THIRD PARTY CONTENT, SITES, AND SERVICES
  The Friendsdoor site and content available through the Service may contain features and functionalities that may link you or provide you with access to third party content which is completely independent of Friendsdoor, including web sites, directories, servers, networks, systems, information and databases, applications, software, programs, products or services, and the Internet as a whole.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties.

6- LIMITED OF LIABILATIES
  You agree that Friendsdoor shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings/posting. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Friendsdoor is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Friendsdoor, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
7-INDEMNITY
  You agree to indemnify and hold Friendsdoor, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.
8-SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
  Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, rules and codes regarding online conduct, acceptable Content and use of our services.
9-TERMINATION OF SERVICE
  You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we in our sole opinion believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms or services or that you are a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights. You agree that we may in our sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice, whether for selected or all Services. You also agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms or Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may in our sole discretion immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable in any way to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

11- TRADEMARK / COPYRIGHT INFORMATION
  Friendsdoor grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for your own personal use. This license does not include any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by Friendsdoor.

Friendsdoor permits you to display on your website, or create a hyperlink on your website to, individual postings on the Service so long as such use is for noncommercial and/or news reporting purposes only. If the total number of such postings displayed or linked to on your website exceeds one hundred (100) postings, your use will be presumed to be in violation of these Terms, absent express permission granted by Friendsdoor to do so. You may also create a hyperlink to the home page of Friendsdoor sites so long as the link does not portray Friendsdoor, its employees, or its affiliates in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.
Use of the Service beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by Friendsdoor immediately terminates said permission or license. In order to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display or make derivative use of the Service or any Content made available via the Service for other purposes (including commercial purposes) not stated herein, you must first obtain a license from Friendsdoor.

All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Friendsdoor on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Friendsdoor property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Friendsdoor of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Friendsdoor will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. Friendsdoor is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user Comments. You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material.
You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make. You agree that Friendsdoor may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the Site in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in Site sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that Friendsdoor may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.
